The Hospital seeks to recruit an ideal candidate for the following position:

JOB TITLE: ICT GRADUATE TRAINEE

REPORTS TO: ICT MANAGER

a) JOB PURPOSE

The ICT Graduate Trainee will provide technical, systems and user-support assistance while gaining practical experience in enterprise applications, infrastructure, data management and ICT service delivery.

b) MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with data preparation, validation, migration support and reconciliation under supervision.
• Support configuration, testing and documentation of enterprise applications and digital systems.
• Execute approved test cases and maintain accurate test evidence and issue logs.
• Assist with user-account preparation, access reviews and system administration tasks under supervision.
• Support system integrations, interface testing and technical troubleshooting.
• Prepare user guides, technical notes, inventories and handover documentation.
• Support user training, deployment activities and post-deployment stabilization.
• Provide first- and second-line ICT support and escalate unresolved incidents appropriately.
• Monitor assigned system checks, backups, interfaces and support queues under supervision.
• Comply with confidentiality, cybersecurity, data-protection and acceptable-use requirements. 

c) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of databases, computer networks, operating systems and enterprise applications.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under supervision and collaborate with users from different departments.
